HOW TO MAKE HOTEL RESERVATION
Make room reservation online directly with the Hyatt Regency Newport Beach, Newport Beach, California.

Reservations at 1-888-421-1442 in the USA and Canada. For the group
rate reference the Galvanizers Association Meeting. The group rate
is US$139.00 per night single/double occupancy, plus applicable
state and local taxes (which are currently 12% and $.012) or
applicable service, or hotel specific, fees in effect at the Hotel
at the time of the meeting. This special room rate is valid 4 days pre and post meeting dates subject to availability.
Complimentary guest room internet October 4-12.

MEETING REGISTRATION FEE
The Delegate registration fee includes attendance during the
conference sessions; conference documentation; full breakfasts,
coffee breaks, and lunches during the conference; welcome reception
Sunday, October 6 at the hotel; dinner Monday,
October 7 at the hotel; plant tour of California Steel Industries, dinner off-site Tuesday, October
8;
and farewell lunch at the hotel Wednesday, October 9.
The Spouse/Guest registration fee includes: welcome reception
Sunday October 6 at the hotel; full breakfasts; guided tours
October 7 and 8 including lunches; dinner Monday, October 7 at
the hotel, dinner off-site Tuesday, October 8; and farewell lunch
at the hotel Wednesday, October 9.

HOW TO REGISTER YOUR SPOUSE/GUEST OFF-LINE
After you have registered above and if your spouse/guest registration is being paid
separately from the credit card payment used for your registration; click and fill out the Spouse/ Guest Registration
Form (Fillable-PDF Format), select the method of payment,
print and send to the Galvanizers Association.
HOW TO REGISTER FOR THE GOLF SCRAMBLE
Participate in the
Galvanizing Friendships Golf Scramble on Sunday, October 6 at
Pelican Hill Golf Club-Ocean North. Send the
completed Golf Scramble Registration Form (Fillable-PDF Format) after you have registered
for the conference to the Galvanizers Association before September
6.
Participation is limited to registered attendees of the full
Conference.
The Tournament Director will assemble four-person teams, balancing handicaps to ensure even competition. The Scramble will be limited to 24 players on a first request, first honored basis as reservations are received.
AIR TRANSPORTATION
The closest major airport, Orange County/John Wayne
Airport (SNA) is approximately 15 minutes or 8 miles from the Hyatt Regency
Newport Beach.
GROUND TRANSPORTATION
The Hyatt offers complimentary transportation to and
from Orange County/John Wayne Airport (SNA). Step out of the
terminal and walk only a few steps to the Ground Transportation
Center to find a taxi or shuttle service to the hotel. Most Rental
Car Agencies are at the airport. A Hertz Rental Car Agency is
at the Hotel.
GUEST PARKING AT THE HOTEL
Self-Parking at the Hotel is offered to all GA
delegates at a reduced rate of $8.00 per car overnight. Valet
parking is $20.00 for up to 8 hours or $29.00 per car overnight.
ATTIRE
During the meeting, we recommend casual business attire, collared shirts and slacks
or khakis,
sweaters, blouses and skirts or tailored pants. In the evenings, except the Sunday opening reception, gentlemen are requested to
wear a seasonal sport coat or blazer and slacks or khakis, optional
tie, and ladies to wear dressy casual attire.
CORPORATE SPONSOR
To keep the registration cost to a MINIMUM and have
FULL participation, we ask all delegates to consider a Corporate
Sponsorship.
A sponsorship heightens the awareness and appreciation of all the delegates and shows support for the Association and the industry. Many companies have shared the cost of a social function such as: receptions, coffee breaks, luncheons, dinners, etc. To become a corporate sponsor send the completed Sponsorship Agreement Form (Fillable-PDF Format) to the Galvanizers Association.

PROCESSING OF REGISTRATION FORMS AND
CONFIRMATION
Kindly allow up to 2 weeks for registration forms to be processed and
confirmation via email to be sent after receipt by the Galvanizers
Association. Those paying online will receive a receipt via email
directly from PayPal. Delegates submitting registration forms on or around
registration deadline dates should be prepared to experience some
delays in confirmation and correspondence due to the high volume of
forms and inquiries received at that time. We appreciate your
patience.
LETTERS OF INVITATION
If your country of residence requires a letter of invitation you
must request it when registering for the conference. Letters of
invitation will be sent to the main registrant with all guest names
included. Galvanizers Association will not send a letter of
invitation to anyone who is not registered for the convention. It is
strongly recommended that those who require visas register early to
allow adequate time for processing.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Please read the following policy carefully. Galvanizers Association
will accept cancellation requests for registration up to September
27, 2013. After the September 27
deadline, registration fees will no longer be refundable.
Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing. Telephone
cancellations will not be accepted. All registration
cancellations are subject to a service fee equivalent to US$30.00.
