Sponsoring the Annual Conference

The key to asuccessful program is full member participation throughout the entire conference. Therefore, the Galvanizers Association strongly discourages hospitality suites and ANY outside entertaining or activities that could take away from scheduled conference events. With this in mind, many companies offer to sponsor or co-sponsor various events to help offset the meeting costs. Corporate sponsorships are a key component to a successful meeting; helping to keep registration fees to a minimum thereby promoting greater member attendance. Event sponsorships begin with the evening welcome reception and continue throughout the entire conference including: breakfasts, coffee breaks, lunches, receptions and dinners.

These sponsorships increase the impact of your company support of the conference, heighten company awareness and are appreciated by all delegates. Corporate Sponsors will be listed in the final program and will be visibly acknowledged with complimentary signage during the event as well as received podium recognition for their contribution. Event sponsorships are assigned based on the donation commitment as well as the overall number of contributors to the Sponsorship Program.
